Official Rules NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. PROMOTION IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, QUEBEC, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter: 1) Eligible individuals who make an online purchase on Sponsor’s website at www.circuitboredd.com will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each $10.00 spent (example: purchase $100 of product from www.circuitboredd.com and receive 10 entries into the Sweepstakes). No limit on number of entries received with a purchase on www.circuitboredd.com 2) To enter without purchase, hand write the following on the front of a 3x5 card, your name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth, on the back of the card, in 20 words or more, hand write a response to the following question “How winning Dream Pc Giveaway® would change your life?”. Insert card in an envelope and mail to: Circuit Boredd Pc Giveaway, P.O. Box 110021 Nashville, Tn 37222 (each envelope must be mailed individually) mailing address must be hand written. All mail-in entries must include all requested information (as stated above) to be considered an entry. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted, and will be destroyed. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Sept 1, 2020 and received by October 1, 2020. Earn one (1) entry per postcard/envelope. No limit on number of entries received via the no purchase method of entry (mail-in entries). Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. No photo copies, facsimiles or reproductions of mail-in entry will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Previous winners of Circuit Boredd Dream Pc Giveaway® are not eligible to win. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about October 1, 2020 PRIZE: Grand Prize: a customized pre-owned Pc, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $1,500. It is suggested (NOT REQUIRED) that the Winner pays the  the prize tax requirement (see prize details below). Total approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $1,500. Note, Prize pc may not meet safety required in some states, provinces and countries. Winner is responsible to check their state of residence to confirm and must use vehicle in accordance with state/county/province regulations. PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize Winner is responsible for paying for shipping costs in relation with the prize. November 1, 2020 (unless otherwise communicated by company). The prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability could cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the company. Prize Winner is responsible for the payment of taxes on their prize (including Grand Prize tax offset) and for any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. RULES: Potential Winner will be notified by email, followed by a phone call, on or about October 1, 2020. potential Winner (or parent/legal guardian if Winner is a minor) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility /Publicity and Liability Release, and W9 (where legal and where required) within 24 hours of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner determined at random from among all eligible entries. If any potential Prize Winner is deemed a minor in his/her state or province of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of the Winner’s parent or legal guardian. If the potential Winner does not return the required documents within the stated timeframe, the corresponding Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected. Should the potential Winner (or any other alternate potential Winner) decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential Winner, and an alternate potential Winner will be selected, if some permits. Taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use Winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
